- I may be old but I am OH SO CHARMING! I’ve got great bones, updated plumbing and wiring not to mention a new roof. I just need some love. I sit on a corner lot in the fantastic and trendy Wellington Village & Hintonburg, close to Parkdale Market, shops, restaurants and cafe’s.
I have a large dining room, sweet family room w/fireplace although I have not been used in 32yrs plus 3 good size bedrooms & with updated bath. I also have a walk up to the attic with skylight that can be converted to extra space for your creative imagination, a studio loft perhaps. The basement is unfinished however makes for plenty of storage, its where you will find laundry w/my newer washer/dryer, owned hot water tank since 2003, furnace and a/c 2011. I am all set to keep you warm this winter. I come with 2 parking spots and have a really great front porch that you can make comfortable to enjoy good company and the neighbourhood.
