We’ve been working with Marc LaFontaine since 2010, and over the years, three generations of our extended family have bought or sold a total of eight properties with his help. Most recently, when an elderly family member was planning a move to Ottawa from out of town, Marc went above and beyond. Family members across different cities all wanted to help choose the right home for him. Marc was incredibly accommodating. He included the whole family through virtual viewings, patiently and respectfully answered everyone’s questions during group video calls, and guided the process with care and ease.

Marc explains all the real estate steps and legal details clearly, and it’s an added bonus that he can do so in both English and French. He knows neighbourhoods inside and out, shares helpful background on properties, and understands the working styles of other realtors. All of this makes it easier to make well-informed decisions.
